1 Bottle Seagram’s Escapes Peach Bellini

1 oz Gin
-
3 Scoops Peach Sorbet

Juice of Half a Lemon

4 Mint Leaves, plus more for garnish
Directions

Add mint leaves and lemon juice to a glass and gently muddle with a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon.

Add gin and half the bottle of Seagram’s Escapes Peach Bellini and stir.

Add peach sorbet and top off with the remaining Peach Bellini.

Garnish with a mint sprig and enjoy.
