Ingredients
Champagne Layer

1/2 cup lemonade

2 packets gelatin
-
2 tbsp sugar
-
1 ½ cup champagne
Strawberry Layer

1/2 cup lemonade
-
2 packets of gelatin
-
Gold sprinkles
Directions
Champagne Layer

Prepare a 9” x 6” baking dish with cooking spray.

Add lemonade to a saucepan and sprinkle 2 packets of gelatin on top. Wait 2 minutes or until the gelatin thickens.

Add sugar and heat over medium-low heat until gelatin is dissolved, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat, add Champagne and stir.

Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
Strawberry Layer

Add lemonade to a saucepan and sprinkle 2 packets of gelatin on top. Wait 2 minutes or until the gelatin thickens.

Heat over medium-low heat until gelatin is dissolved, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat, add Seagram’s Escapes Strawberry Daiquiri and stir.

Pour mixture into the baking dish to create a second layer and refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.

Remove before serving and cut into cubes using a sharp knife. Top with gold sprinkles and serve immediately.
